Content and media blocks add visuals, downloads, layout structure and formatted text to a form. Drag any of them from the right-hand panel onto the canvas and configure them.
Image
The Image block adds a picture to the form:
- Upload or drag an image into the block.
- Set the URL the image links to.
- Set Alt text for accessibility.
- Set the size, or set a max height (which keeps the image's proportions).
- Set the alignment.
- Set the pattern.
Video
The Video block embeds a video by URL. Paste the video URL to embed it in the form.
Attachment
The Attachment block lets respondents download a file. Upload the file you want to make available and the block presents it as a download.
Upload files
The Upload files block lets a respondent upload one or more files as part of their submission (for example, a document or photo). This is different from the Attachment block above, which provides a file for respondents to download.
Divider
The Divider block adds a visual horizontal line to separate sections of the form.
Rich Text
The Rich Text block adds formatted text. Use the toolbar to apply styling (for example, bold, headings and other formatting) to introduce sections or add instructions.
Columns
The Columns block controls layout. Configure:
- Layouts — single, double, triple, or skewed column arrangements.
- Padding.
- Corner radius.
- Colours.
- Section padding.
- Margins.
- Display.
- Conditional Settings — show the columns section only when a condition is met.
