The Brand hub is your organisation's branding control centre. Set your identity, colours, shapes and fonts once, and everything across SwiftFox that can use your branding — emails and their layout blocks, forms, templates, portals and AI-generated content — picks them up automatically. It lives under Settings → Organisation → Brand hub.
Until the Brand hub is set up, SwiftFox falls back to system colours and shows a notice that branding setup is incomplete. As you make changes, the Preview panel on the right updates in real time so you can see how your emails will look.
Where to find it
Go to Settings → Organisation → Brand hub. Settings are split across three tabs — Identity, Colour & shape and Typography — with a live email Preview alongside.
Who can manage the Brand hub
Access is controlled by the Manage Brand Hub permission (Access and update Brand Hub settings), found under the Administration group when you edit a user group's permissions in Settings → Users & access → User groups.
This is a dedicated permission, so you no longer need to grant someone full Admin to let them manage branding. If a user cannot reach the Brand hub, ask an administrator to add Manage Brand Hub to one of their user groups. See Users & group membership.

Set who you are and your logos.

Typography
- Headings — the font used for all headings.

Saving and using your branding
When you're happy with your settings, save the Brand hub. From then on, anything that supports branding uses it automatically. In email campaigns, for example, when you drag in layout blocks they're styled for you:
- Your primary logo appears in the header and the logo mark in the footer.
- Your heading and body fonts are applied.
- Your primary colour appears on buttons and key elements.
- Your corner and button styles are applied consistently.
You don't need to style blocks manually — they arrive on-brand. See the Emails guides for working with layout blocks and saving branded email templates.
Notes
- The Brand hub is set once and reused everywhere, so keeping it current keeps every communication consistent.
- The Organisation name here is for branding and can differ from your invoice/legal name in Company details.
- More Brand hub capabilities are planned, including setting the tone and style for AI agents and documents.
FAQs
Where is the Brand hub?
Settings → Organisation → Brand hub.
Who can edit the Brand hub?
Anyone in a user group with the Manage Brand Hub permission. It is a dedicated permission under Administration, so full Admin access is not required.
What does the Brand hub affect?
Emails (and their layout blocks). Future update will apply brand hub across forms, templates, portals and AI-generated content — anything that can use your branding.
Why are my emails using default/system colours?
Your Brand hub isn't set up yet. Configure and save it, and branded styling will apply.
What's the difference between the primary logo and the logo mark?
The primary logo is your full logo (used in the email header); the logo mark is the icon-only version used where space is limited, such as the footer.
Can I set font sizes?
Not yet — font size customisation is flagged as coming in a future update. You can set the heading and body fonts now.
Is the Organisation name the same as on my invoices?
Not necessarily. The Brand hub Organisation name is for branding and can differ from the company name on invoices, which is set under Company details.
