With Christmas only a couple of months away, John’s brought out Swifty, our Christmas fox elf — and it’s been a bumper month. A lot of you are already planning end-of-year and new year events, so September’s focus on Events comes at the right time. The new Tickets tab shows every ticket sold and who it’s assigned to, you can now create bookings manually.

Outside Events, SwiftFox AI got better at building lists, SMS templates mean your team can stop rewriting the same message, and the email campaign overview has been redesigned to surface what you need faster. All up, we shipped 140 features, fixes and improvements in September.

Here’s a quick rundown of what’s new and what it means for you.

Highlights from September

‍

Ticket visibility and export

Managing tickets one booking at a time slows your team down. Now you can see every ticket and seat in one dedicated view — including unallocated places — so nothing slips through the cracks. Configure how your event workflow opens, and export richer ticket‑level data whenever you need to work outside SwiftFox.

‍

Events refresh

Managing your events just got a lot easier. The redesigned navigation allows you to jump between sections in any order, a dedicated Tickets view that shows every seat or ticket at a glance, and a clearer picture of who's actually coming. Whether you're managing RSVPs or tracking ticket orders, you'll know exactly where to go.

‍

SwiftFox AI list building

Improved how SwiftFox AI builds, refines, opens and reports on lists across people, organisations, events and finance.

‍

Reusable SMS templates

Create reusable SMS templates so teams can send consistent text messages faster.

‍

Social media defaults

Your brand's social media details shouldn't need to be re‑entered every time someone creates new content. Social media defaults in Brand Hub let your organisation set those details once and pull them through automatically — keeping your public‑facing content consistent without the manual effort.

‍

Updated SwiftFox Finance lessons

You've been working with the new invoicing model for a while now. We watched how it landed, listened to your feedback — then rebuilt the finance course from the ground up, so every lesson matches how invoicing works today.
