August brought some bigger steps forward in the way you work in SwiftFox. SwiftFox AI now follows you through the platform, so you can ask questions without leaving the screen and share images when it’s easier to show than explain. And with saved views, you can arrange the filters, sorting and columns you use on Emails, Forms and Events, save them as named views, and return to them in one click.

Form and RSVP templates
Building a new event RSVP form from scratch every time is slow work — and when every form is a one‑off, the experience starts to drift. Form templates give your team a proven starting point, so you spend less time on setup and more time managing responses.
SwiftFox AI Support chat
SwiftFox AI now travels with you — wherever you're working. Instead of heading back to the home page every time you need help, you can open AI from more places across SwiftFox, keep the conversation in context, and get answers that actually relate to what's on your screen.
Flexible subscriptions
Subscription billing doesn’t always follow a neat monthly rhythm. Now you can set up payment schedules that match how your organisation actually collects fees — with fixed dates, uneven instalments, and relative rules like “the last Monday of the month.” No more workarounds, no manual processing. Just billing that works the way you need it.
Finance enhancements
Financial custom fields: Financial Summary fields now support Average calculations, while invoice exports include tax amounts per line item for more precise reporting and reconciliation.
More powerful formulas: Financial fields such as payments, balances, and amounts can now be used directly in formula custom fields.
Payroll deduction batch dates can now be updated after creation, making it easier to keep workflows accurate when timelines change.
