The other major SwiftFox integration is for events. You may have noticed that in the events page in the content tree has a different icon a purple calendar. This is a special page type designed specifically for publishing events from SwiftFox to your website. If you ever need to create one of these pages from scratch, right click on your website name.

In the content tree, select create and you'll see the available page types. The standard page uses the profile icon. The Member Portal event list page with the calendar icon is the one specifically built for events. The great thing about this page type is that you don't need to add any special blocks to it. SwiftFox handles the event display automatically to publish an event to your website, you do it from within SwiftFox itself, not from the back end.

Open the event you want to publish and go to the overview step. You'll see a publish tab here. Select it and you'll be able to choose where you want the event to appear. If you have a website, select it and then choose which page the event should be published on. Select your events page and if you have an RSVP form set up within the event, you can choose which form to include.

Select add and the event will automatically appear on your website with the RSVP form. Let's take a look at what this looks like on the front end. On the events page, you'll see all your published events displayed with filters for visitors to browse through. Each event appears as a card.

Here's a tip there's a default event thumbnail that's used if no image is provided. I'd strongly recommend changing this to your company's logo or a generic branded image so it looks published.

Even better, you can add a unique cover image for each individual event. You'll see here we've got two events with their own custom images. It makes the page look much more professional and visually appealing.
